I started my real estate sales career with KW in 2004 after realizing my passion for helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership. With my degree in education, it was a natural fit to align with Keller Williams as the organization has been recognized as the leader in training and consulting for decades. In 2015, I was presented the opportunity of Team Leader within the organization and have had the pleasure of leading three award-winning offices; two in Michigan, and one in California. My passion for leadership, coaching, and self-development continued with KW's MAPS Coaching organization in 2018. Whether helping our agents grow a BIG business or helping people grow into BETTER versions of themselves, I am determined to leave a legacy of helping others experience their own brilliancy!
